Computer Repair

Nobody likes it when their computer crashes.  It's frustrating.  At MidCities Computer Consultants, we offer quality repair services by Certified Technicians.  Our philosophy is to provide you with professional, quality service at an affordable price.  We do not have a 'brick and mortar' facility. In order to keep our costs down, and to provide you with the best value, we come to you. Our standard rate is $75 per hour (as opposed to others that charge over $100 per hour). If we need to replace parts in your computer, you pay what we pay for the part. We make no profit off of the parts.

Remote Backup Service

In today's information age, we are all storing massive amounts of data on our computers.  From pictures of our families to financial data for our businesses.  Imagine if your computer crashed and lost all of that information.  What would you do if a fire destroyed your computer?  A tornado?  Fortunately, there is a way for you to protect your data!  Our sister company, Remote Backup Systems of Texas, provides an automated offsite backup program that will allow you to easily restore all of your data in the event of a catastrophic loss.  Visit the website to learn more.

Concierge Services

There are many small businesses that use computers.  These businesses rely on their computers in order to run their business.  What they don't have is a Full Time IT person to maintain their computers and/or their network. That's where we can help.  We provide a full service network administrative function for you, for a nominal monthly charge.  We will come to your office, and visit with you on your needs.  We will then provide you with a written bid detailing what will be covered and what your monthly fee will be.  There is no cost for this visit, and you are under no obligation.

Network Design and Implementation

If you are new to the computer age, or if you want to implement a more efficient working environment, MidCities Computer Consultants, LLC will help you design a cost effective, and functional network for a nominal fee.  We can also run all the necessary cabling, install outlets, and implement your new network environment.
